Revitalization of the Environmental Supervision Policy on Coordination and Commitment Based Coal Mining

This study was conducted to find a form of control policies on environmental management for mining coal that regulate the coordination between stakeholders, authorities and object supervision, as well commitment an active role government, business actors community in monitoring management. The approach method this research is socio-juridical, with qualitative quantitative analysis methods. results showed both from regulatory implementation aspects, supervision had not been regulated implemented optimally, so it did support realization integrated based principle integration. Based this, necessary establish legal system regional regulations which contain supervisory shared leading sector
